Lily R. Correa Rivas

Biography

Lily Correa Rivas is an attorney in our Hartford, Wisconsin office. Lily’s practice focuses on insurance subrogation, civil litigation, and insurance defense. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, including a study abroad program at Saint Louis University Law School in Madrid, Spain, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Distinction in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Prior to joining the firm, Lily clerked at Gruber Law Offices in Milwaukee, where she drafted legal documents, assisted with discovery and case preparation, conducted client intake interviews, and prepared settlement demand packets. She also served as a Research Assistant at Marquette University Law School, conducting research focused on alternative dispute resolution and conflict resolution strategies, and volunteered at the Milwaukee Justice Center’s Family Forms Clinic, assisting clients with matters involving child custody, divorce, and child support.

A bilingual attorney fluent in Spanish, Lily brings a strong commitment to client service and a diverse academic background to the firm.

Fun Fact

A Milwaukee native, Lily is an avid traveler who spent last summer studying abroad in Madrid before embarking on a two-month adventure through France and Italy. When she isn’t practicing law, Lily enjoys swimming and exploring Milwaukee’s restaurants and bars.
