We are pleased to welcome Frank G. Mackoul II, a new senior litigation counsel, to the firm’s Jacksonville, Florida branch office. Frank brings a wealth of litigation and trial experience to MWL as well as a rather unique and useful background. He received both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. While attending law school, he was a state finalist on the Trial Team and Vice Chair of the Honor Committee. An experienced litigator, Frank has more than 20 jury trials under his belt.
Frank is a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He served two combat tours of duty in Iraq as an Assault Helicopter pilot. He was awarded two Air Medals for successfully completing over 100 flying combat missions. Additionally, he was an Instructor Pilot teaching Advanced Aerodynamics to incoming, military flight students where he was awarded the Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal and named Flight Instructor of the Year. Frank will be an invaluable addition to the firm’s aviation subrogation section.
Frank is a proud native of Jacksonville, Florida. He enjoys spending time with his children, playing soccer or video games with his son, or cooking with his daughter and attending her ballet recitals. During football season, he can be found cheering for his alma mater the Florida Gators. In the winter he and his children enjoy bike rides and going to the park and, in the summer, they are at the beach.
Frank will provide additional experience to one of the fastest growing branch offices within the MWL family. We look forward to the experience and work ethic Frank brings to the firm, and eagerly welcome his contribution to our growing family of subrogation professionals here at MWL. On behalf of the partners, associates, legal assistants, and support staff here at MWL, we would like to welcome Frank. We would also invite our clients and friends to introduce themselves to Frank, who can be reached at fmackoul@mwl-law.com.
