Matthiesen, Wickert & Lehrer, S.C. is pleased to welcome Attorney Darin G. Tabor to our California branch office. Darin began his career in the insurance industry, working with Corvel Corporation handling workers’ compensation claims. He then transitioned to the courts, fulfilling two separate clerkships for Tarrant County District Judge Melody Wilkinson in Texas and Oakland County Circuit Judge Phyllis McMillen in Michigan. After working as a settlement structure specialist, Darin worked in civil litigation with two law firms in Orange and Irvine, California.
Darin received his undergraduate degree from Chapman University and his J.D. from the Fowler School of Law, Chapman University, in Orange, California. He joins the litigation team in our Santa Ana, California branch office, handling subrogation matters involving workers’ compensation, large loss property, and automobile insurance, assisting with that office’s large docket of pending wildfire subrogation. Darin is licensed in California and is also currently preparing to take the bar examination in New Hampshire, where he will help MWL with its growing book of New England subrogation.
In his free time Darin enjoys surfing, snowboarding and mountain biking taking advantage of all southern California has to offer. If he is not in the office or in court, he is likely enjoying the outdoors somewhere with his wife Tanyn.
On behalf of the partners, associates, legal assistants, and support staff here at MWL, we would like to welcome Darin. We would also invite our clients and friends to introduce themselves to Darin, who can be reached at dtabor@mwl-law.com.
