Alexandrea Montellano

Biography

Alexandrea Montellano is an Associate Attorney in our Austin, Texas office. Alexandrea brings strong experience in litigation strategy and case management, having handled matters from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, managing discovery, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial. She is dedicated to achieving efficient and favorable results for all of her clients. Alexandrea gained early advocacy experience with Environment Texas Research and Policy Center, engaging with legislators on environmental issues and policy implementation.

Alexandrea earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was Articles and Notes Editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal and a participant in multiple pro bono initiatives, including the Gender Affirmation Project, SPEAK Project, and the Actual Innocence Clinic. She also competed in Hutcheson Moot Court and was a student member of the Robert W. Calvert Inn of Court. Alexandrea graduated magna cum laude from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Government and a minor in the Business Foundations Program.

Outside the office, Alexandrea enjoys live music, spending time with her two cats, and watching Court TV
