Biography
Nicholas Sulpizio is an insurance litigation attorney and managing partner of our New Jersey office. Nick’s practice focuses on products liability, premises liability, defense litigation, workers comp subrogation, and auto subrogation. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where he was a semifinalist in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor & Employment Law Moot Court Competition, won the Best Brief award, and received a CALI award for highest grade in Labor Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Delaware. Nick is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the federal courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
Nick comes to the firm with a strong background in defense litigation, having practiced at several defense firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania prior to joining MWL. He is an active member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, where he serves on the Young Professionals Advisory Board and as President of the Southern New Jersey Chapter, and was a finalist for CLM’s 2021 Young Outside Counsel of the Year Award.
Fun Fact
Nicholas played on the University of Delaware football team from 2010 to 2013. Go Hens! In his free time, he enjoys playing with his dog, Kelce, and supporting all Philadelphia sports teams.
