The 2019 National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Annual Conference will be held October 27 – 30 in Washington, D.C. Its lineup of speakers and topics is very good, as usual. MWL will have many experienced subrogation lawyers there who will be moderating, presenting, or speaking at the conference.

- Hector Salitrero will be co-presenting a seminar on Workers’ Compensation Subrogation Federal Civil Practice – Tips and Real Case Study on October 28, 2019 from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
- Ashton Kirsch will be presenting a seminar on Taking Some Downtime: Subrogating Loss-of-Use, Lost Profit Claims, and Downtime Claims on October 28, 2019 from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
- Richard Schuster and Stephen Smith will be presenting a seminar on The Unique Nature of Trucking Accident Evidence and Its Importance on October 29, 2019 from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
