As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests, Xai Moore brings warmth, professionalism, and exceptional organization to her role as Receptionist. She manages the front desk with a calm and welcoming presence, ensuring that every caller and visitor receives prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance.

Xai oversees a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities, including routing calls, scheduling, maintaining the front office, and supporting administrative needs across multiple departments. Her attention to detail and dependable communication help keep daily operations running smoothly, making her an essential part of our team’s efficiency and client service experience.

Fun Fact

Outside of work, Xai’s life is full of creativity, family, and a little bit of ballroom flair. She and her husband have been married for eight years and are busy raising their energetic daughter, along with a lively crew of three cats and one dog. Xai loves making suncatchers and earrings in her free time, and she even knows how to ballroom dance— though just enough, she jokes, to look like she knows what she’s doing.
