Kirstie Sobczyk

Biography

Kirstie M. Sobczky is the HR Coordinator of Matthiesen, Wickert & Lehrer, S.C. Working out of the Hartford, WI office, she supports the day-to-day administrative and human resources functions of the firm. Kirstie handles onboarding, personnel records, recruiting support, vendor coordination, and office operations, as well as event and meeting planning for both staff and clients. She is a dependable team player known for her organizational skills and her commitment to supporting both people and processes.

Prior to joining MWL, Kirstie spent nearly seven years as an Assistant Manager with Maurices, overseeing operations across multiple locations in the greater Milwaukee area. In that role, she was responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of store associates, as well as sales, inventory, and customer experience. Before that, she worked as an Office Assistant at Reliable Beauty and Supply in Milwaukee, where she gained foundational experience in customer service, sales support, and office administration. Most recently, Kirstie served as Team Lead and Agency Support Coordinator at R&R Insurance Services in Pewaukee, WI, where she supervised agency support staff, managed vendor relationships, and supported HR functions, including onboarding and candidate interviews.
