Biography
Katelyn is a Senior Associate out of our Milwaukee office, where she practices in the areas of insurance litigation, business litigation, and family dispute litigation. She began her career at Falk Legal Group as an administrative assistant. After taking on the roles of paralegal and lead paralegal, Katelyn took a brief hiatus from the firm to attend UW-Madison for law school before returning to her current position.
During law school, Katelyn spent a year as a member of the Family Court Clinic, where she assisted low-income individuals with family law issues including divorce, child support, and placement. She also worked as a law clerk at a firm specializing in worker’s compensation defense and was a member of the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender and Society.
