Timothy S. Mentkowski is a senior litigating attorney in our Hartford, Wisconsin office. Licensed to practice in numerous state and federal courts, Tim is dedicated to providing creative, effective solutions to a wide variety of legal issues. His practice is primarily focused on subrogation and civil litigation, from simple to complex, multi-district litigation. He is experienced in all lines of subrogation including health, workers’ compensation, and property & casualty. When not working, Tim enjoys relaxing with his wife and two basset hounds.
