Biography
Ana L. Zabalgoitia is a senior litigation associate in our Austin, Texas branch office. Ana is licensed in Texas and New Mexico and has been litigating heavily in both states since 2017. Ana will primarily be handling insurance defense cases along with subrogation matters involving property and casualty, workers’ compensation, and automobile subrogation cases throughout Texas and New Mexico. Her insurance defense experience has taught her preparation is the key to success in the courtroom and the jury doesn’t know the strength of the plaintiff’s case until they’ve heard the defense.
Ana graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio.
Ana is the middle of three girls, and grew up in San Antonio, TX. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her nieces and family, listening to hours of podcasts and audiobooks, and exploring new hiking trails.
