Kevin graduated with his Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 1993 and his Masters of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 1995 from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  Kevin attended Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1999.

Prior to joining Matthiesen, Wickert & Lehrer, S.C., Kevin has filed and litigated over 350 cases relating to subrogation of underinsured, uninsured, property damage, medical expense and fire loss claims.  He has represented claimants and carriers alike in personal injury, dog bite, wrongful death, premise liability, medical malpractice and workers compensation cases.  Kevin began work as an attorney at Matthiesen, Wickert & Lehrer, S.C. in April of 2006 focusing on insurance subrogation, insurance defense and personal injury claims.   

Kevin lives in Saukville, Wisconsin with his wife, Ann, a school teacher, and daughter, Olivia.
